For all Treks and Trips, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to the start of your trip. If space allows, we can accept reservations up to 2 days before each trip.
For Inn stays only, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be given, less a $50 service fee, ONLY if notifications is given at least 60 days in advance of your trip OR if the vacancy can be filled.
